APS-CRH is a community-led initiative dedicated to supporting disaster recovery, resilience, and preparedness efforts in Altadena, Pasadena, and Sierra Madre. We provide access to resources, events, and partnerships to aid those affected by disasters.

2. Use of Services

• APS-CRH offers information, connections, and event coordination as a public service.

• Users must engage respectfully and lawfully within the community and our online platforms.

• APS-CRH reserves the right to remove any content or users that violate these terms.

3. No Guarantee of Services

APS-CRH strives to offer valuable and updated information, but we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or effectiveness of any resources provided. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of our services.

4. Third-Party Resources​​

• APS-CRH may link to or collaborate with third-party organizations, sponsors, or businesses.

• We do not control or endorse these third-party services and are not responsible for any agreements, transactions, or disputes between users and third parties.

5. Liability & Indemnification

• APS-CRH, its volunteers, partners, sponsors and affiliates are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to financial loss, personal injury, or property damage.

• By using APS-CRH services, you agree to indemnify and hold APS-CRH harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation.

6. Privacy & Data Use

• Personal information collected by APS-CRH is used solely for community outreach and resource coordination.

• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Changes to Terms

APS-CRH reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
