In Remembrance, We Rise—Together, Like a Phoenix.
In the wake of recent wildfires, we’ve come together to support one another and rebuild with compassion, clarity, and strength. Our grassroots movement is dedicated to uplifting the Foothill communities of Altadena, Pasadena, and Sierra Madre. We are grateful for the encouragement and informal support of like-minded legal and community organizations who share our mission, though we operate independently and without direct affiliation. APSCRH (Altadena, Pasadena & Sierra Madre Community Resource Hub) was created by residents, for residents, to offer a space for sharing resources, collective healing, and informed action. While we are not affiliated with any specific legal or advocacy organization, we are proud to collaborate informally with various community leaders, volunteers, and professionals who believe in the power of unity and recovery. Any referenced support reflects goodwill and shared values, not a formal partnership.
Sub Hubs
Like the radiant feathers of a phoenix in flight, each Sub Hub carries a vital piece of the greater vision—resilience, renewal, and collective transformation through justice, healing, and creative action. If you’re already leading efforts in fire recovery, renter rights, environmental justice, or community resilience, you may already embody the spirit of a Sub Hub. By choosing to connect informally, you’re invited to access shared tools, updates, and a collaborative community space. APSCRH honors the independence of every initiative—it exists not to replace any mission, but to uplift and echo it, creating an ecosystem of independently led efforts that strengthen our region’s collective voice for long-term recovery and systemic change. Participation is always voluntary, and no formal affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Phoenix Rising Events
Our Phoenix Rising gatherings are open to all community members seeking healing, justice, and connection. Events may feature speakers or facilitators from a range of backgrounds. While some may be volunteers or representatives of community advocacy groups, APSCRH operates autonomously and does not claim formal partnerships or legal endorsements from any outside organization.
The Local Movement Against SoCal Edison
The Local Movement for Recovery & Accountability is a peaceful, community-driven effort uniting renters, homeowners, and small business owners in the pursuit of justice, recovery, and resilience in the wake of recent wildfires. Rooted in the constitutional rights to free speech and peaceful assembly, this grassroots movement supports the right of communities to seek answers and safeguards from utility providers and other responsible entities through lawful and nonpartisan means. With compassion and clarity, we aim to turn shared grief into collective action—building a safer, more equitable future for all. While APSCRH does not provide legal representation, we encourage informed engagement and solidarity with those working for meaningful change.
